Every application is read, then followed by an interview. We look at the person, the way they hold a room full of children, and how much they actually want to be there.
References and documents checked
Supporting documents, employment status, qualifications where they exist: the file is verified before the first party.
Ratings we act on
After every party, the family rates the host. The feedback goes back to the host and to the team.
