The hosts who look after your employees' children

On the day, everything rests on the person who takes charge of the group. Here is how we recruit our hosts, how we size the team for your event, and what they bring with them.

  • Children aged 4 to 12
  • One Kidanim per 10 children

Our team

Hosts trained to hold a group, not to fill a corner of the room

A corporate event is nothing like a birthday party: children arrive in dribs and drabs, their parents are working two floors up, and a speech can cut the programme in half. Our hosts arrive knowing all of that, with a storyline written for your time slot and enough in reserve to hold it together when things move.

They take charge of the group from start to finish: welcoming children as they arrive, launching the storyline, running both age groups in parallel, then handing them back to their parents at the agreed time. Nobody leaves without being returned to a named adult.

They come with their own equipment and costumes. There is nothing for you to buy and nothing to set up: a space, a power socket if the format needs one, and the number of children you told us about.

How we choose our hosts

  • Hired after an interview

Every application is read, then followed by an interview. We look at the person, the way they hold a group and how much they want to be there.

  • References and documents checked

Supporting documents, employment status, qualifications where they exist: the file is verified before the first assignment.

  • Ratings we act on

After every event, the rating and the comments go back to the host and to our team. That is what decides who gets the next assignment.

The essentials

How the team is put together for your event

  1. You give us a number of children

That figure sizes the team: the benchmark is one Kidanim per ten children. It can still move after the quote, just tell us.

  2. We build the team and confirm it to you

Number of hosts, split between ages 4-6 and 7-12, a named contact reachable on the day: all settled before the event.

  3. They arrive early, and equipped

Equipment, costumes and storyline come with them. Set-up time is built into the slot we agreed together.
