The hosts who will look after the children at your wedding
They arrive before the drinks reception and leave after the wind-down. Here is who they are, how we recruit them, and how they prepare your day long before it happens.

A wedding is not like any other booking
The children at a wedding don't know each other, they have been there since morning, they are in their best clothes and the day is far longer than a birthday party. Our hosts know this: they start by building a group, then raise and lower the energy in step with your day, games outside, a supervised meal, the dancefloor, then the wind-down.
They are the ones who handle the special cases: the little one who won't leave their parents, the older one who finds it all "babyish", the child who runs out of steam at 10pm. You don't have to referee any of it, that is exactly why you called us.
And while the children are busy, their parents stay at the table. That is the real gift you are giving your guests.
How we choose our hosts
Hired after an interview
Every application is read, then followed by an interview. We look at the person, the way they hold a group and how much they want to be there.
References and documents checked
Supporting documents, employment status, qualifications where they exist: the file is verified before the first assignment.
Ratings we act on
After every event, the family rates the entertainment. The feedback goes back to the host and to the team, and it counts for what comes next.

How your host prepares for your wedding
We map out the day with you
Timings, ages, number of children, venue, key moments: it is all set down at the quote stage, and the number of hosts follows from it.
They call you two weeks ahead
You get a summary by email and a call from your host: the last details are settled there, not the night before.
On the day, they arrive equipped
Equipment, games and costumes come with them. They walk the space, introduce themselves to the parents, and you stop thinking about it.
