Referral programme terms

   Who can refer?

   Any customer with a Kidays account who has had at least one party can get a personal referral code, from their account or after reviewing the party.

2. 02

   The friend's discount

   The referred friend gets €20 off their first Kidays booking. The discount requires creating a Kidays account at checkout and cannot be combined with another promo code. It adds to the automatic discounts shown during booking, such as the morning slot discount.

3. 03

   The referrer's reward

   Once the friend's party has taken place, the referrer receives by email a €20 code, valid for 12 months on their next booking. This code is personal, usable once with the referrer's account and cannot be combined with another code. It cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. If the friend's booking is cancelled before the party, no reward is due.

4. 04

   Limits

   A referrer can receive at most 5 rewards per twelve-month period. You cannot refer yourself, including through a second account using the same email address. Referrals that share a phone number or an address with the referrer are checked by our team before the reward is sent.

5. 05

   Misuse

   Kidays may refuse or cancel a discount or reward obtained in breach of these terms, in particular through multiple accounts, fictitious referrals or attempted fraud.

6. 06

   Changes and end of the programme

   Kidays may change or end the programme at any time. Rewards already sent remain usable until their expiry date, and referrals linked to an already confirmed booking are still honoured.
