Three ways to work with Kidays

Host, partner venue, supplier: every party that works rests on people who love what they do. Here is how to join us, and what it actually changes for you.

Hosts

Become a Kidays host

You like to play, you can hold a group of children, and you want weekend work that means something? We recruit all year round across the 6 cities we cover. The short application needs no account; the full file continues afterwards in your Kidays space.

  • A format that's ready to run

Running orders by theme, activity sheets and a game bag: you bring the energy, we supply the rest.

  • An interview, not another form

Every application is read, then followed by an interview: we hire people, not CVs.

  • You choose your bookings

You get the offers that fit your availability and your themes, and you are always free to turn one down.

  • Feedback after every party

Families rate the party; we pass their feedback on so you get better booking after booking.

  1. You send a short application

A few minutes, no account needed: your city, your availability and what makes you want to do this.

  2. We meet for an interview

If your profile fits, we call you back. The full file — documents, employment status, themes — is then completed from your account.

  3. You run your first party

You pick up your game bag, prepare your programme and get in touch with the family before the day.

Partner venues

Open your space to birthday parties

Bar, community space, sports hall, play area: we fill your quiet slots with children's parties run by our hosts. The application is completed from a Kidays account, which takes a minute to create.

  • Quiet slots that finally earn

Birthday parties fall on Wednesdays and at weekends, usually during the day, exactly when your space is ticking over.

  • A family audience

Parents discover your venue at the party, and nothing stops them coming back afterwards.

  • Spend on site

While we entertain the children, the parents use your services instead of waiting outside.

  • A listing in our catalogue

Your venue appears in the venue catalogue and in the booking flow, with your photos and your facilities.

  1. We sell the event

The family books with us, picks your venue from the partner list and pays online.

  2. We make the introduction

Your team and the family settle the access, timing and set-up details between them.

  3. We run the party on the day

Our host arrives about thirty minutes early, runs the party and hands the space back clean.

Suppliers

Add your services to our parties

Face painting, decoration, baking, photography, bouncy castles, magic: our clients often want far more than the entertainment. The application form is open to all, with no account to create.

  • Qualified enquiries

Receive requests for Kidays events with the details you need to confirm your service.

  • You stay in control

You set a firm price for Kidays and manage your availability. Once accepted, a service commits you to the agreed date.

  • None of the selling

We handle the selling and the planning up front; you turn up and do your job.

  • Kidays is your point of contact

Kidays buys your service and resells it to the customer. The terms for each assignment are set out in the written order.

  1. You describe what you do

Present your business, your offers with photos and firm prices, then the area you cover.

  2. We review your application

The team reviews your application and offers before making them available to families.

  3. You start receiving enquiries

Requests appear in your Kidays account. Check the event details before confirming your availability.
